By making a purchase with us, you are agreeing to and acknowledging that you understand our terms and conditions.
We prefer baking, but boundaries are important too. Here are the rules we’re all agreeing to:
Online Pre-Order T&C
Payments for pre-orders are non-refundable. Any no-shows/cancellations/change of pick-up dates will not be refunded except at the discretion of bakery staff.
You will receive one email after you place your order. That email is your confirmation. We received the order, please pick it up. Your order will be available when the bakery opens on the date you selected.
Substitutions will not be accommodated when you arrive for pick-up.
Pick-up is at 1254 N 3rd St. in Central Point on the date that you selected at check-out. The available hours for pick-up are listed on your invoice. Staff is unable to open early or stay late.
All unclaimed orders will be disposed of at 2:00 PM, when the bakery closes.
If you’re unable to pick-up an order or need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled date - otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a Facebook message or give us a call at 541-727-7275.
If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order due to extenuating circumstances, we will attempt to reach you by phone or email to provide you an equivalent alternative or additional pick-up options. If you do not respond within a timely manner (1 hour), we will offer a refund instead.
